Charming renovated 15th-century cloister on the Dijver canal in the centre of Bruges. Past and present mingle in a décor of antiquities and fresh, airy colours. In the summer, a terrace with a view of the canal for English High Tea and in the winter a crackling fireplace.


Each of our 20 rooms is unique in its size and decoration.

Enjoy a typical English Afternoon Tea, served on our terrace overlooking the boats or in our cosy dining room adorned with portraits from the 17th and 18th centuries. Afternoon Tea is served every day from 14h until 17h

Hotel de Orangerie does not have its own restaurant. However, we are more than happy to share with you several delicious suggestions in the city centre, where you can enjoy the local culinary specialities to the fullest.


On our spacious terrace, you can bask in the sun while enjoying the splendour and glory of the historic city centre. Right next to ‘De Dijver’, one of the most beautiful and well-known canals in Bruges. With an invigorating coffee, Afternoon Tea or an aperitif of your choosing.
